Description of Jorgensen 1652 Hold Down Clamp

Designed to give you more versatility on your workbench or fold up worktable, this hold-down clamp is easy to operate with a quick locking lever. Simply place the clamp in a 3/4" diameter hole and let it go to work. Soft pads protect your work surface from marring. Hold down capacity is 4 1/2"less your workbench thickness.

I have had no problems getting these tight at all and for certain operation are very good. Amazon does sell these in two packs so I think the first reviewer was mistaken or they updated since 06.

Amazon sells these for 7.99 sometimes keep a watch out!
